This stuff is awesome. Came in a large mesh bag. I broke that open and used the contents for several add you own media filters and have a lot left over. Plus, there were no broken rings in the bag at all. These ceramic rings seem pretty tuff as I banged them around a bit threading them on nylon string for easy placement and removal from filters. Worth it compared to others.
I bought 2 tall rustic cubes and one small cube and set them up in the middle of my 60 gal aquarium. I bought live plants and placed them in the various holes on the cubes and then put a bubble disc in the two taller cubes to hide them while giving the tank a cool effect. I love these cubes and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a unique piece for there tank.
This light is billed as fully submersible, so I put it on the gravel of my betta tank, shining upwards to illuminate an ornament in the tank. After only 90 DAYS, the light has quit.

I've owned both the Marina Zen cube and now the Half-moon betta "kit" aquariums. I would suggest the half-moon is a lot better, since bigger and there is a lot more room for the fish to swim. This light puts out about the same illumination as a half burnt matchstick. I glued this in the lid for my one gallon beta tank, and I can barely tell it is even on. Works great for my Marina Betta Tank, and my fishy loves having the light, he likes swimming under it and looking directly into it, like a goober. I do recommend this if you are going to use the Marina Betta Tank. It pops in right where the tank has the holder for it, and it does add nice ambiance.
The suction cup works well and the light is bright (Extremely powerful).The blue is a very nice blue, and much lighter than the night lights that are sometimes included on Metal halide lamps as night lights. One thing I would have added is a black piece of plastic to somewhat shield part of the light. The plug isn't one of those gigantic plugs either, although it isn't a standard plug. I can fit a standard plug next to the slot in the power strip. Looking back, I wish I would have chose the multicolored one H2Show LED Light ColorMix Multicolor though because 2 different colored lamps may be too bright at night, but I have mine in a 24 gallon nano cube, so take that into consideration. BTW, don't get the older model if you do get these. I've had the older models with bubbles, etc. Get the H2 Show model only. They have improved their product since then, and the older models with bubbles require you to have the included airline hang out on top of the tank, and the older models just aren't as bright and the blue just isn't as nice.

In my glofish tank, the green is really the most awesome color. It's bright and looks amazing under the blacklight. This is definitely a good tiny plant for any tank that you just want some color in. For anything over 5 gallons I'd go with the medium size.

We've had a few different small animals and experimented with different cages and water bottles and have found this one to be the best by far. Small animals like gerbils and hamsters NEED to chew on stuff, and unfortunately it sometimes is their water bottle or other wire or plastic cages or toys. They need to be housed in an aquarium, first of all, so they cannot chew on the walls and latches, etc. We've owned plastic and wire cages in the past only to quickly replace them all with glass aquariums with a wire mesh top. That said, the only reasonable solution for the water bottle for the little fellas was this one because it's small, can be situated up high enough that they can't chew it, sticks on with double-sided tape, and is easily removed for filling. The other bottles we've had (many!) were all something that was bulky and hung down so far they would climb on them and chew on them. The glass one we had was fine until they chewed the whole cork off around the glass tube and we couldn't open it ever again. Gerbils in particular don't drink a lot, (and therefore don't pee a lot) so the bottle can be very tiny, which is why this one is perfect. The floating turtle inside makes it very easy to glance in and check the water level, too.

This product is very good, with the exception of the attachment. To put it on the side of the cage you have to use this wire...it's kind of dinky. But the price is fairly good for the sturdiness of the bottle. the double-ball valve is fantastic and dripping is at a bare minimum. I have had bottles that my hamster chewed open. I got this for my Russian Dwarf Hamster, I use an aquarium instead of a cage for her and while this is very small (half the size of 'normal' bottles) I was able to get it to work.

My tank came with incandescent bulbs that raised the temperature in the tank during the day by about 4 degrees Farhenheit. Ugh. These fluorescent bulbs are so much better--the plants love them, the colors on the fish are noticeably brighter, and the temperature difference is nil!This is the replacement bulb for my 5 gallon hex tanks. With the bulb on an average of 6 hours a day, it lasts approx 2 years in my experience. I originally ordered the RS-75 for my 65 gallon reef setup. After calculating the volume in gallons it was around 12.5 and I realized that it is just not enough space for effective filtration and a skimmer. I quickly cancelled the order and placed a new order for the Eshopps RS-100 sump. At 24" x 12" x 16" This has a volume of about 20 gallons... much better for a 65 gallon setup considering it was only $25 more for almost double the filtration space. Even though it is rated for 100-125 gallons I would say this is an overestimate. For these sumps, If you're on the fence about size, go the NEXT SIZE UP. Just make sure it will fit into your stand before you order it. Overall I really like the design. It arrived well packaged and all the seals checked out. It came with a 7" circular filter sock, a sponge to place in between the baffle to eliminate micro bubbles, and a 3ft corrugated hose with PVC attachments on the ends to fit a standard 1" bulkhead. I rinsed every part of it with R/O water before setting it up.
I never write reviews, but here's one I had to for future buyers. The picture shows a beautiful, consistent yellow gravel. This is not what arrived. Initially I thought they accidentally sent me green but it was what they called yellow. It was light, yellowish green, but definitely green. Also, it was not solidly painted, it was speckled with color that covered most of these rounded pebbles but was not solidly covered which makes it look cheap. I also didn't appreciate having to pull out twigs that counted as part of my 5lbs a bag, they were also poorly painted. I don't recommend this "yellow" or the product itself in any other color based on the quality I received.
It is small enough that it adds color and flare to a tank and would fit in most tanks. Great color. My fish love to play and swim in it.

Maracyn 2 is a synthetic form of the tetracycline class of antibiotics and is more broad spectrum than others. This is a very effective antibiotic which can be combined with Maracyn or used by itself. It is one of the best antibiotics that can be purchased for fish disease. It is also very safe so overdosing shouldn't cause any issues. One thing to note is that this product like all tetracycline type antibiotics become dangerous after they have expired. Once the expiration date passes it must be disposed of.

I am extremely impressed with this product. Now, I'm not master fish keeper, but I noticed right away when my little red betta wasn't being himself.
