OSI Marine Lab Mountain with Trees Large Aquarium Ornaments

Trees are super glued on, even though it's not that big of a deal.

Dimensions are 17.7" * 8.7" * 11.2.

Still looks fantastic in my 20 gallon tank.

I think this is a beautiful well made product for the price which is a great value.

I put it in my 45 Gallon Tank.

My only caveat is that if you have fish that like to hide, like my pleco, you will only see them at feeding time.

That is why I took the ornament out and saving it for a 65 gallon tank that I am getting in the near future with fish that will swim through it but will not hide all the time.

I use this aquarium decoration in my 29 gallon tank, it is perfect for fish to swim through and hide. The plants look really real and so does the decoration!

Use this for my small hydro setup. Seller shipped fast the unit came with no instructions but it was setup already. Blue hose= clean water. Yellow = waste water Red = supply.

TDS Untreated tap water = 440

TDS RO treated= 0PPM.

This system works great, TDS meter showed 250ppm for my tap water, and 0 ppm after going through this filter. It doesn't get any better than 0 ppm so I am happy. The portability is great, I use a faucet adapter so I can use this near my aquarium. If you're looking for a portable system for your aquarium, this is it.

I'm so glad that I decided to buy this RO/DI unit. It does exactly what you want it to do, whether its filtering your water for drinking purposes or getting your TDS down to 0 for saltwater reef keeping. Im and avid fish and shrimp hobbyist. And for exotic shrimp they must have the cleanest water possible. This thing is small, easy to setup and no power required. It only has a hose connector, in the winter you shouldnt run your hose or risk freezing up your pipes. So simply got to the lowe's and buy a hose adapter for your faucet aerator. It costs like $4. The out put is slow but steady and in WA after the TDS reads about 110 or so out of the tap after it runs through the RO unit it is down to 5!!! I wish I got this sooner.

I purchased this item as a bathroom decoration. Having had MANY aquariums I knew it was not the ideal tank. Definitely not a beginner or goldfish tank.

The quality of the aquarium is superb. It comes with a net, pump filter, great flourecent lighting canopy,Cleaning Siphon, lid, and reach pile for adding plants & decorations. My hand fits easily into the tank, so cleaning won't be a real issue. I'll remove the fish & decorations, stir the rocks at the botton & siphon out 20% of the water and debris.Replace with fresh decholrinated water, add decorations & then fish once everything has settled down. A papertowel will wipe the glass clean, or a razor blade can remove the algae (if necessary) since the tank is real glass. Just be careful not to kick the adhesive & spring a leak!

The ideal fishes for this type of aquarium would be guppies. A betta, mollies or swordtails. Perhaps a Zebra Danio or Tetra if you add a tiny heater.Place away from areas that will get direct light from the sun or heat from the heater/air from the AC. Fish don't like temp fluxuations!

Enjoy your tank. I was VERY suprised by the superb quality. I think my male betta will be more than happy in his planted tank in my spa bathroom.

This and any other aquariums with the same design fail to tell customers that for a fish to be healthy, the tank it's in has to have a wide surface area. What's wide about a 3 inch by 20 inch surface area?

The fish also have no room to turn around. Most fish will grow larger than the few inches this tank allows.

You can't fit a siphon in it, which means you can't remove the poop from the tank, which means the built-up ammonia will kill your fish in a short amount of time.

Laguna PowerHeat Heated De-Icer for Ponds - 315W

I purchased three identical Laguna Pond Heaters, 315 watts. #1 died in three weeks. #2 made it three months before it expired. #3 was a real performer and made it four and half months before it quit working.

When they worked, they worked just fine. I have a 1000 gallon pond in Colorado and was hoping to use two at a time to cut down on the ice build up, which I did until #2 died.

There is, without question, a design flaw in this product. They were used exactly as directed by the instructions. Buyer beware.

This was my second Laguna pond heater. I returned the first under the two year guarantee (didn't last a winter). Laguna replaced the heater with this model and it worked perfectly from November until March and then quit. I cannot recommend. I wasted nearly $40 for constant problems. Choose another brand!

Use this in my Pennsylvania outdoor pond with very cold winters. Works well in keeping an opening in the ice. The light on top tells you it's working. My previous model didn't have this light so I find this very helpful.

This pond heater worked great for our pond. It arrived fast and was well packaged. It has a long power cord and will reach from the deep end of our pond to the electrical outlet, which is about 8 feet and with cord to spare. I turns off when the water warms up so that it will not over heat either the unit or the pond. I highly recommend this heater.

I received these in the mail today [they are 4 months from expiration] and ran two strips right away. Both strips showed the same results, then I tested the same batch of water with my test tube and drops kit and again got the same results, then I ran all the tests again and got the same readings.

This shows the strips are accurate and consistent. Realise these tests are not minutely accurate, only showing a range of results, this however is accurate enough for the pond hobbyist.

I bought this to help test my pond water. When it arrived, the strips were 1 month from expiration. I tried to use them anyway and they implied the water was pristine. Clearly they were wrong because even though the water tested perfect and I changed the water regularly, I had a major fish die off within a month. I don't think these are very accurate and have stopped using them.

AquaClear 20 Foam

These must do some good since every time I take it out, it is full of goop. I can usually do a rinse out for one time but the next time I replace it. I like buying the three pack since it is less expensive and more convenient to have a couple extra on hand when I'm doing a water change. This single pack doesn't seem worth it since the three pack runs about $5.

I like the Aqua Clear filter overall and think that for a smaller filter, they've done a good job in creating the best environment for keeping your fish healthy and your tank clean.

replacement media for a good filter i would buy another and probably will in a few months. can also be used as a prefilter by cutting a hole in the sponge.

these are ok for a smaller filter it works but really doesnt fit my filter for my 20 gallon tank but i am making them work.

Acurel LLC Waste and Debris Reducing Media Pad, Aquarium and Pond Filter Accessory, 10-Inch by 18-I

I've been using the Accurel media pads in my Marina S20 filter for about a year. When cut to size, it easily slips into the filter's slots. It is stiff, which makes it very easy to slide into place. It also seems to have a tighter weave than other media pads, so it catches even the tiniest specs of debris. My filter also has Purigen, and,in the far section of the filter, I use an Accurel Ammonia Reducing pad, which I also cut to size. Since I use only a piece at a time, the large pad is cost-effective. The water in my 5-1/2 gallon fish tank remains perfectly clear and the fish remain healthy. Because of the stiffness and the density, I much prefer the Accurel white media to the standard blue and white style. Just be sure to rinse it well before placing it into your filter to get out any loose fibers that might be clinging to it.

I bought these because I have a large canister filter that doesn't sell replacements for its own filters. The original filters were getting very soggy, limp, and not filtering as well.

These are thicker and seem to hold their shape better. I traced around the filter pan and cut two new filters out of one piece. I'll use the other one when needed. My aquarium is looking good, so I have no complaints.

The battery powered water changing pump, really hard to search for. They used to sell this kind of stuff in pet stores. Now you can barely find it on line. Its great, works well. Its a bit expensive and it shipped from Hong Kong. Which took two weeks. I want to get another one just because I have a 75 gal fish tank so it takes longer to empty. Keep in.mind when you her toward the last inch of water you'll have to use a bucket to get the last of it. Gravity is your enemy there.
