I was very impressed. The pods were shipped in an insulated cooler with an ice pack. They arrived alive and have been eating flake food in an extra tank I set up to keep pods for my mandarin. They appear to be multiplying already. Reefs2Go even puts a disclaimer in with the order recommending that if you have problems with the shipped pods they wish for the chance to rectify the situation. It appears they have very honest customer service. I will definitely order from them again in the future. A+ Seller

We were very skeptical about ordering live animals with $4.00 shipping but they arrived ALL alive. They were packed very well in an insulated cooler with an ice pack (the temperature has been in the triple digits this July). Very happy with this purchase.
