It looks like the element that came with the filter new. I saw a review that thought they were thinner than the original element, but perhaps the company os now making them thinner. I see no change.

This is a three pack of the HOT foam sleeves, just as the description says. The price for three on Amazon is less than a single sleeve sells at my LFS the prices must be jacked up due to the prices shipping to Hawaii. With Amazon Prime or SuperSaver shipping, this is a great way to get foam sleeves cheap.

This is a single ply foam sleeve that is a little tight on my Magnum HOT. It works fine. Nothing special.
