It took just one treatment for me to notice a difference in two days. I purchased fish from two different stores in a new tank. This is a very powerful and safe product...BUT be prepared for the skimmer to NOT work for over a week. This stuff takes a long time to break down to say the least. Tons of bubbles and over skimm first. The product does say no skimming but had no idea how long that period will be. On the other hand had an emergency with a purple tang and what looked like larger white ulcers out of the blue in over 9 years of perfect health and it was gone in a day with this. So worth having availible.

This one is for parasitic infection. Flukes and worms, ich, and so forth. Examine new fish with a magnifying glass before putting them in the community tank.
