The seller/shipper was fine, the product arrived promptly. However, the product itself is shoddy and came with considerable damage to the extremely cheap laminate. The color of the laminate was lifeless and ugly. The fish tank looked terrible on it. The whole thing was a complete waste of money. It's just another piece of junk to get rid of. I wish I had not purchased it.
this hagen fluvial nano tank stand in oak is made of particle board. I used carpenters glue to put this aquarium stand together. It is rated for the horizontal and vertical 6.6 gallon tanks only. I originally bought it for their 12 gallon tank. Which I will not buy now. There were 2 missing wooden pegs and 1 missing beige plastic screw cover. I called their help number but she said they don't have missing parts. So I went to a hardware store for them. It does look good though.
