Took a while to receive these, I probably didn't read carefully enough and was focusing on price, but they came from China.I know that on eBay if shipping is free, that makes one look to a based in China seller. Of course, everything about eBay is pathetic.
My FX5 APPEARS to be
running more sluggishly since I changed ALL the foam filter media in it during a regular cleaning. On the assumption that they're
non-toxic, and not clogging up my filter, I wouldn't give them a bad review. But really, what's to review besides clear water.
They're cheap. They're definitely not original equipment from the Fluval factory, that you know as soon as you handle them.
I'd say that either you want to save money, or be sure that you're getting name brand products. I went with cheap this time.
My livebearers have given birth twice since I put them in. I've had no fish losses. How bad can the water be!
Let's go with a B-, so I'll give 4 stars just because they aren't as good as the originals, but then again I can't afford the
real ones!!
