Tank was made with black silicon. Had to clean some silicon. But very little.
Upon ordering this item, I was excited to see how well this light would perform! However...when I received it and pulled it out of the box, I was very disappointed!
I work at a small local petstore and we needed new tanks for our reptiles. One of the main reasons i got these is because a lot of people like to take their new pet home with its tank at the store, but thats means we loose money since the glass tanks are so expensive. Now people can take their reptiles home in their Reptile Houses and i can get new ones as soon as i need them! Our reptiles love these even more than we do, I deffinetly recomend getting these for smaller snakes (corn snakes), treefrogs, hermit crabs, geckos, ect. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because once the bedding was down,there wasnt much viewing space so we had to move them to an eye-level shelf. But overall these are very good products!
If you have a pond and walk up to it one day and suddenly see green water check your UV lamp! ALSO check your wattage! I had mistakedly used a lower watt bulb that burned out quickly These are not cheap so getting the appropriate one is vital. Even for a novice like me, do your research its worth it when you have that beauty in your midst looking clear and beautiful.

I don't know about the UV waves but this bulb brings a whole new look to my aquarium. Now it is brighter and all the colors are vibrant. It looks so good that now I have to replace the other bulb to match it.Great light for a 10 gal tank with medium to low-light plants. My plants have experienced excellent growth. Don't keep the light on for more than 9 hours or you will see algae. Planted tanks are a balancing act. Find the right amount of light, the right fertilizer, and the right stocking amount, and your tank will glow with green. This light certainly helped me achieve that. Highly recommend this light for a 10 gal tank.Received product about 2-3 weeks, shipping was slow than expected. Item as described and very good, brighter than normal bulb which sale at local fish store. I bought 2 extra bulb just in case...noticed it's 2x the original price I bought it for ($8.35).

The description is right on with this decoration. I have a tall fifteen gallon tank from petco and it fits perfect. The only dislike I have is that the right side tower doesn't have an escape so any food can get caught up in there. The Blue is very "blue"...It looks proportionaltly decent in a 29 high tank..not many ornaments do.
This is a big ship!! The dimensions should have been on the writen advertisement. Sadly, I am having to buy a taller tank to hold the ship. Tounge-in-cheek!! You know I wouldn't buy a new tank if I didn't love the ship. The dimensions on the ship: 21 inches at the top of the tall mast. 27" in length with the two pieces of the ship pushed together.

This ship is really big and exactly what I was looking for. I have it in a 75 gallon and it looks great. The cichlids love all the hiding places and swim through areas.
Before I ordered this blue 13-inch silk plant for my 26-gallon freshwater aquarium I wondered what a blue plant would look like. It is far more beautiful than I could ever have expected. It is a delicate blue in different shades with pink touches. It shows off my small colorful fish. The plant was larger than I thought it would be, coming to 3/4 the height of the tank and taking up nearly half the width of the tank. My new little colorful fish love swimming in and around the soft leaves. The plant sways in the water currents. I have never seen a silk plant this beautiful. I think it would be fine for smaller tanks of 10 or 20 gallons also. Amazon sells this for an amazing price.

Plant has an odd combination of colors & definitely looks fake. Some of the leaves are purple & white, others are blue & white.I used these for several months, but they tended to uproot and float to the top of the tank or would not float at all depending on the style.The blue color looks amazing under my aquarium light. Favorite plant of my tiger barbs and red tailed sharks. Very happy with purchase.
It really serves its purpose of maintaining cleanliness in the tank. And also removes the odor and the turgidity of the water.
I had a bulk head in place that was a little leaky. When I got this in I was afraid it would have the same issue due to the hardness of the seal ring but it actaully fit in place and isn't leaking for about 4 months now.
