I bought this top because I love pink personally. It really adds a feminine touch to your biOrb, which I love. My only complaint is that it does not stay attached to the biorb itself. It is not a big issue as you do not move the biOrb around much, but I wish the company would have made it so it would stay attached to the biOrb rather than sit on it/around it if you know what I mean. Nonetheless, I would have gotten it either way just for the touch of pink.

I bought two of these LED air stones they are really well made and add a really nice touch to a tank. It also seems to have a calming effect on my fish for some reason, great overall product, these should be cheaper in my opinion but thats the only thing I have against these.
I had really high hopes for this, especially after reading other reviews, but after a year of use, I'm not sure i would recommend it.

This product does what it says and removed surface film from your tank but it is very cheap to the touch and I didn't keep it in the tank. It removed the film within 2 days, 90 gallon salt tank. The film was back a few days later but I didn't want to put this back in. Main complain I have is the dependence on water level and how hard it is to set up and get working properly. Straight-forward installation, and it works great. Poor instructions, but the skimmer is pretty simple, so minimal documentation was not a problem. It removed all of the scum on the surface and made my 40 gallon goldfish tank glisten.Want Hagen Fluval Surface Skimmer Discount?
It takes a bit of adjusting but once you get it set up it works great. Within a minute it had skimmed all the stuff off the top of the water and that oily residue that floats up there. It connected directly to my Fluval 405 with no problems. Great product and a great price.

So I was surprised with the quick delivery to my house, but pretty much everything failed. I opened it and pinched the hose to see how tough the plastic was, it wasn't tough at all, and 2 minutes later when I try to use the thing to clean my tank I get a leak in the hose right where I had pinched it. The pump, well, it works, if you hold it so the open end is up when you squeeze, the plastic piece that allows suction to be possible is extremely cheap and I wouldn't expect it to last long. Also there is nothing written in english on the directions. This thing could be usable if you don't plan on messing with the actual hose, but its such cheap plastic don't be surprised if it gets a leak, a slight pinch of the hose was enough to make the plastic crease. I was really trying to show the previous reviewers up by making this thing work flawlessly, needless to say that didn't happen. Not worth 5 bucks folks.

Wow!! For the price and the size of this thing, I was really amazed has been in the tank for about 3 weeks now still looks great and provides a home. Now I say home because if you have cichlids and they are a bit past juvenile one of them will claim this whole thing as his but still a wonderful piece. I gave it five stars because of the price and the size of it. I don't know if all of them will require sanding to make it safe, but for my fish, so they wouldn't cut themselves I had to sand mine and took about 20 minutes (with a dremel) until I was happy but still believe it was well worth the money.
The Current USA unit is great, turns out this wasn't the newest model with the remote and that is a problem but the unit has all the cool features and is bright enough to raise live plants.

Maybe I missed the part of the product description that says it's made for an aquarium, but that's what the box it comes in says. It looks and feels like cheap plastic (which it is) and there's nothing realistic about it, unless looking at it from afar. It's smaller than I expected and when I opened the box it became immediately evident to me that the picture they are using here to sell it is heavily photoshoped to make it look better (in other words: false advertising).

This skull is really awesome looking as an obscure decoration. My fish love swimming in and out of the openings. I love that the bottom is open and I can put my led multicolored light in it for a really wicked effect.
This is a very well designed and constructed protein skimmer. Has a small footprint taking up minimal space inside the sump. Optional drainage port is terrific. Nice touch to include tube for optional drainage port! Extremely easy to put together. Water level adjustment is very simple to use simply hold the middle of pipe and gently pull up or down on the elbow. The sight tube is a nice addition. Seems to work well and skimming is efficient. The only reason that I'm giving only 4 stars is I did not like the included Rio 2100 pump and the skimming is not as efficient as AquaC Remora/Urchin. It is large, heavy and bulky. I think Rios are not reliable either. I had to change to a Quiet One 2200 pump which is more compact to be able to fit with room leftover in my sump. If I tried to use the Rio pump, it would have been an extremely tight fit and Visi-Therm stealth heater would need to be removed. I had a tough time finding a compact skimmer for my 100-125 gallon sump that had an optional drainage port. This is a great buy even if you need to spend $25 for a compact Quiet One pump or stick with Rio pump if you are not picky.

The picture does not do this ornament justice. It is absolutely perfect. I have large fish and it's hard for me to find a decoration with holes large enough for them to explore inside. This sunken ship is the perfect accessory to my aquarium. Kids think it looks neat yet it is tasteful enough for adults. There are three huge holes in the bottom. Two on one side, one on the other. The bottom is left open so the gravel or sand can be viewed inside. It really looks like a sunken ship that has sat on the bottom for a while. I personally adore it. The holes are large and create an open feel, yet there's still enough shadows to make fish feel as though they are safe and hiding.

The temperature is accurate compared to other thermometers. The hygrometer, however, reports a humidity that is almost 20% less than other analog hygrometers. I've tested several different types, and all of them agree on the humidity with the exception of this product. I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't think you can find the quality and extremely low price for these artificial plants. Perfect to have in small bunches in the tank. Also, works great for a place that the smaller guppies can stay so that they will have a chance to grow up, and not be mistaken for food by the adult guppies. Definitely recommend.

I love this fish tank ornament! Great colors and well made. The lid stays open all the time, but it still looks great. The bubbles are a nice feature. Divers hangs perfectly. It's light, so I silicon glued a rock to the bottom of the chest to make sure it stays down. The glue is safe for fish. The rock is covered by gravel, so it's not visible. I bought a second one, since divers should be in pairs. :o)

However this thing is a complete disaster for small food/pellets used to feed little fish such as neon tetra etc.. Works as advertised except there's a major problem......I use pelletized food and feed 12 pellets three times daily, the design of this feeder does not drop the same amount of food each time it cycles. Once adjusted, it can drop anywhere from 4-15 pellets per feeding. You have an opening, which you adjust to allow a certain amount of food to be dispensed each cycle, but pellets can jam in the opening. If i open it further, way too many pellets come out. The only solution I came up with was to run it for three days into a pie plate until I averaged the proper number of pellets on a daily basis. This is the best automatic aquarium feeder. Over the years I have owned many for multiple aquariums. I have used the feeder with flakes, pellets and both depending on my needs. I have never had any problems with clogging or food sticking.
We bought three of these for our beta fishies. The glass is beautiful and the quality is good. We decorated each differently with colorful gravel and plastic plants. They are gorgeous! The size is great for one fish and they are easy to wash. We've had them for a while and so far, no breakage. The bowls are very noticeable and we got many compliments. They do get heavy when we need to change the water, but we don't need to clean them too often because they are big (takes time for the water to get dirty). Fish and humans are very happy!!

This is a wonderful container for a terrarium. It has a nice shape and size. The glass has a good thickness to it. Its hard to describe without touching it but it has a really great feel to it.
Bought this locally but love it so much I had to write a review. I have the 4 gallon version using soil covered with gravel as the substrate. The filter works great the filter media is a foam pad with Eheim biomedia. The only issue when cleaning the filter is some of the debris will fall off the foam pad when lifting it from the tank. Would have been better with a smaller pore foam pad. This means I have to do the water change after cleaning the filter. The LED light is fantastic I have glosso that is runnering and growing prostrate (instead of upright) which makes it a more attractive foreground plant. I can also get marsilea to grow under this light intensity supplemented with Excel. The dwarf hair grass also seems to be doing well. All this points to good light intensity for small scale plants commonly used for a small planted tank. Be aware the light bulbs are not replaceable I've seen the replacement light fixture cost about $99. This is not a cheap tank but probably the nicest one I've seen (I have three planted tank set ups). If you are in to planted tanks, this LED light is worth the money and blows away compact fluorescent lights. The shimmering effect of the LED light is also nice I thought it would be overrated, but I have come to enjoy the movement of the light on the tank. I wish all my tanks had that extra pizazz. I have heard others say that for the 9 gallon tank, you will need to buy an extra light fixture ($99) if you really want to grow med/high light plants. Just a fyi.

I was looking for a great way to start a nano tank. I came across this little gem online and knew I had to have it. My plan was to set it up as a reef but I don't feel that there is enough lighting to do so. I love the overall look and design of the tank. Really like this aquarium. Been keeping aquariums on and off since I was a kid. I bought the 9 gallon version for a plant tank on my desk. Works out great. The light it came with is pretty bright, but I don't have anything to measure it with so can't quantify it. Anywho, decided I wanted a little more light so I bought the 4 gallon version and thought I'd use the light from that one on the 9 gallon in addition to the one that's already on there. Since the power is conducted along the bars that the light is attached to you can just attach another one to it. Interesting thing was that when I did the color temperature of the light from the 4 gallon tank was a different color temp. The 9 gallon came with what seems to be around 6500-7000K light. The smaller tank came with what looks like a 5000K light. So, I just noticed after looking at the boxes that the 9 gallon says on it For Freshwater or Marine, while the 4 gallon says For Freshwater.
