Nutrafin Plant Gro Iron Enriched

I have been using this product for several years. I have 4 tanks at differant levels and are all heavily planted. I put this product in weekly. I am constantly giving offsprings away because of their growth and lushness. This product is a must for anone wanting to have live plants. Substrate is critical for good growth.

I am experienced and have used different products for my planted aquariums. Always been a fan of Nutrifin but did not know they had this until I found it on Amazon. This is great stuff, all natural, and my plants are growing very well. Thanks Hagen and Amazon!

This product works really well in a tropical planted tank if you keep the iron levels where they are supposed to be. I will definately be buying this product again

I used this in my 20gal, my plants are growing new roots like crazy. one of my fish died, but i dont know if it was related to the formula or not.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I ordered 3. ALL CAME TO ME DEFECTIVE. Absolutely ridiculous. One had a part broken off so we searched the packaging for the missing piece which wasn't there so it was sent defective, not broken in transit. Seriously? When deals are too good to be true there's a reason.

We recently received a turtle from a friend of ours and we purchased this as a temporary home for him until we find a much larger tank. It's pretty spacious, we received one with a blue lid. There's even an optional light to put in (not included). The only downfall with this tank is that I wish it had a handle at the top.

We recently took our pet turtle with us on vacation. We purchased this as a travel tank. It worked very well. It was light weight and had enough room for him (he is still rather small). We had to change the water daily as there was not room for his usual filter. All in all a good buy. However it does seem delicate. I can imagine the thin plastic cracking if handled roughly, but we treated it with care and it worked fine.

I use this to house bearded dragon eggs in my home made incubator. Works great as the vents allow humidity to go through with ease!

Coralife 08624 T5 Actinic Lamp, 6-Watt

I got this as a replacement bulb for my 3-gallon aquarium. The actinic bulb was just not bright enough for my tank. I've seen other actinic bulbs in use that were much brighter. Not worth the trouble of returning, but I took it right out after a couple of days. Perhaps if there were more than one bulb, it would have been sufficient...

I have been through 5 Coralife Mini Aqualight fixtures and the bulbs do not last more then a week or two. I have changed bulbs and fixtures. I would never use this product or recommend it to anyone.

As this item was classified as a lamp, I thought it was going to be a lamp, as in the fixture you put the light bulbs in. Instead what I was sent was the bulb, pretty useless as I don't own the lamp that it goes in and don't care to spend $60 on a small fish light. This was definitely a case of false advertisement.

However, when I called the company and asked for a return or refund, they gave me a full refund and were very courteous.

For that reason alone they got three stars. I can't tell if the bulb is actually good or not because I didn't want to buy the bulb and have no where to test it. The company though is one I'd recommend as long as the buyer stays away from 'lamps'.

Como Stone Aquarium Fish Tank Sponge Filter

I use this in an 8 gallon nano tank for Red Cherry Shrimp only. I did have to modify the bottom container with a better filter media (Chempure Elite) as the media in this is substandard. It also must be anchored down, I'm using a thermometer suction clip. It needs only a minimal air pump. My shrimp tank is heavily planted with only dwarf shrimp and three nerite snails...It is nearly self-sustaining but I wanted a little extra filteration with no chance of losing babies in a larger filteration system. This is a very small filter. This works well but I wouldn't recommend for any heavier bioload or with the media filter material it comes with.

I bought this for a 5 gallon tank and it wouldn't sink to the bottom...I added more rocks to it but then I couldn't get the top to close. I ended up throwing this in the trash. It was not useful at all.

Dora the Explorer Pirate Ornament

This item is not an ornament. I was looking for something I can hang on the Christmas tree but you can't hang this. It's super heavy and doesn't even come with the strings to able to hang it so I was really dissapointed.

Product does ok in my 55gal fresh water tank, will have to order either a 2nd one or something else to push the water around to allow better flow in the tank. The output of the spray bar is weak, would probably do better in a smaller tank. Have ordered items from this company in the past with good results. Will continue to order from them.

If you love your fish (or even like them) and want to them to stay alive.... DO NOT buy this product. I was really excited to get this product (I also bought the blue one from this company) thinking that my beta fish were going to love sleeping or resting in them. I washed/rinsed it off VERY well as I do anything that goes into my tanks. They do look beautiful once in, but the next day...., the tanks were SUPER cloudy and the water smelled like silicone valley!!! My fish were definitely NOT acting like themselves very lethargic and pushing their gills out with force. I was SO scared that they were going to die. I pulled the silicone anemones out of the tanks as fast as I could. Then the fish and completely changed their waters and the filters which by the way were pink with the pink one and blue with the blue one. I am sure that they would have died if I didn't care and was only concerned with how pretty the product looked in the tanks. What a waste of money!!!!

this item smells like silicone glue when you first get it, the smell is very strong, after 2 months, it looses it's color, it turns a light coral orange within two months, the color it looses goes right into the fish tank, eventually this items loss of color will poison and kill your fish

Beautiful at first, but the color starts to fade fast and turns into a sticky smudge that won't wash away.

My roomie and I absolutely love out fish. We got a bigger tank and needed more decorations. I found this on Amazon and thought oh my goodness how amazing. We were stoked to put it in our fish tank. We rinsed the plant and cleaned it with a paper towel before we put it in the tank as we do with everything we put in. Within only a few weeks it has turned a weird color and has growths of something on it that wont wash off. We tried washing it off and it just misshapened the plant. It was beautiful for a couple weeks and our fish loved it, but now it just looks disgusting! WASTE OF MONEY! Amazon should be ashamed to carry this. I am so happy we didn't buy more then one. The plant we bought at walmart that isn't silicone is holding up better then this. If you have money to waste and time to buy multiples and just replace it every few weeks, they are pretty but if you don't stay away!

My fishy likes this toy so much, she swims up to it and tries to get through it and around it. She really likes it a lot! I am so glad I got it for her. It took her about an hour to get used to it but now shes always playing with it (biting, swimming up to it etc.) I might buy another one soon in a different color :)
