Imagine Gold Llc AIM10035 Drum Bowl, 1/2gal, 24-Pack

Imagine Gold Llc AIM10035 Drum Bowl, 1/2gal, 24-PackOther people feel that this tank is too small. It all depends on what you are caring for. As a joke, I got a packet of Sea Monkeys. Now I have 15 of them. The container is too small. This fish bowl is perfect. If people are not smart enough to read the size listed or figure out the volume they need, then they shouldn't own animals. This bowl is just fine for my sea monkeys.

While the bowl I received served the purpose it was intended for (serving gummy fish at my daughter's party), it looks completely different than the pictures in the listing. It is flat on the bottom and on the side so it can sit upright and at an angle. Which was fine, luckily, but it would have been a problem had it been intended for actual fish or something that I wanted the bowl to look symmetrical. The bowl itself is decent quality for the price, and had a plastic lid, which came in handy keeping our candy fresh. But again was expecting something different. So just be aware, the product I received does not look anything like the bowl pictured and you may get the same.

These fish bowls are so flimsy, you're better off just getting a large mason jar. The plastic is thin, sharp on the edges, and does not seem useful as an actual fishbowl.

i have not bought this item i got the glass half gallon bowl, its not big enough for many fish, but its big enough for malaysian trumpet snails, thats what i put in mine. you may have to buy online, most places dont have them because theyre notorious for taking over tanks and multiplying, the aquarium i got mine from was trying to get rid of them so they gave em to me. but they're one of the easiest things i know of to take care of. they can live in 50-90 degree water, it doesn't really matter if you want 5 or 50 of them for a tank this small, they'll multiply and fill it if you give them enough food. they eat algae so all you need is to put the bowl under a light or put in algae wafers. their tough to kill, more resilient than most tiny aquatic creatures, and its best to put them on their own, they will multiply with food and theres not many fish that will eat even the babies. im gonna use the siphon and pump of a tetra 3i whisper filter and a sponge to make a sponge filter for it, although it will probably be more of a gravel vac because it takes up a lot of room in a tank this small, it'll take care of that debris though, these guys are dirtier in numbers. hope i helped
