ok so i bought this 2 days ago and i ordered standerd shipping 5-8 days for some reason it got here the next day i had no carbon in my tank for 3 days but i did have 500 grams of puigen i like purigen but its to expensiuve to just use that and no carbon plus i like carbon alot and this carbopn was pretty cheap ok so onto the item at hand here

PROS:---------

1. very very very fast shipping not sure if it was just me but it was way ahead of scedual

2. very large pores i happen to have a microscope from when i bought my daughter her colage supplys when she wanted to be a chemist of some sort

3. can be good depending on your purpose of this item i like i0t beacuse i have very very very large filter bags and i have 2 fluval 406s and 1 is for mechanical and 1 is for chemical and i use 2 [pond filter bags and stuff the 1 for chemical full of it and fill the secend 406 with the 2 bags of carbon

BTW I DO HAVE BIOLOGICAL FILTERATION IN MY MARENELAND 400 FULL OF BIO BALLS AND RINGS AND 500 GRAMS OF PURIGEN

CONS----------

can be chaenging to put into a filter sock considfering its made out of 75+% of 2" long 1 mm diameter carbon cilenders

The jury is certainly out, but early results are not super impressive. For sure, at the price, it is a price conscious value.
