Mine came with instructions only in Chinese (or another Far East language). That's not a huge problem, it's easy to set up.The CO2 supply is in an awkward position (pointing directly towards the back, where the device is supposedly attached via its suction cups).
But the real issue for me was that the device is loud. I could hear it clearly even after placing it in the sump, in the aquarium cabinet, with the door closed. I tried changing its position, no result. So for me, since my aquarium is in the living room, this device is useless.
