The object floats, which is not specified on the package. I would like there to be weights on this product, but I just use the gravel in my aquarium to hold the item down. Wish it had weight, but it's still a great item.

This little guy comes with much more grass than I was anticipating. I lined them up to build a little grass corner (3 on each side). My only disappointment was that it is difficult to get it to stay at the bottom, it wants to float up. I put my glass pebbles in between the grasses so it doesn't look as "natural" as it could, but hey, it's just a college fish tank. All in all, a good find.

Separate a few, place low in gravel or sand and they do a fine job of adding some detail to the front of tank without hindering view.
