I bought this specifically to use with my Fluval Edge aquarium. Though I think it might be useful for some areas of the tank, it is not an easy one to use if you are trying to get into the top back corners. That really surprised me, as I thought that the triangular design was mean to help with all of the corners' access. I think it is a decent product, but it really needs the ability to flex the stem into various angles, which would be a huge product enhancement for it. Until that day 3 stars. If you have any type of decoration in your fluval edge then you will probalby have problems using this in your tank. I have a 6 gallon Edge and it is almost impossible to move this around in the tank because it has no flexability at all and every time I would try to get a fish out it was impossible if they went to the top corners (of course they must have known that little bit of info..lol). Like another reviewer wrote they really need to add some flexability to the neck and it might work better. The net has a high quality feel to it from the handle to the net materials. It's a must-have if you have a Fluval Edge due to the small opening on top, but if you want a quality net for your 10g fish tank I highly recommend this one. I'm sure it will last many years. Happy cleaning! This item's quality works against it. It's is a very attractive, well-built net. I found that one of the cheap nets made out of coat hangar wire work much better. You can articulate them to get into the corners and around tank decorations if needed. With this net, using the Fluval EDGE tank, you are helpless against a clever fish that decides to hide in one of the upper corners. Before I bought this item I seriously said: "I wish they made a triangle shaped net, it would be so much easier to catch your fish in with." Well with a little research I couldn't believe my eyes, and it was so cheaply priced I couldn't pass that up. It's very well made and VERY sturdy.
