Can't say too much about it becuase if your system takes this filter pad sleeve, then you have to buy it. And the pad does what it is suppose to do. I was surprise at how the price has gone up in recent years for this item. That is why I recommend washing the pads and reuse them until they begin to fall apart. The best way is to take it outside and use a strong stream of water from a garden hose. The water from the wash can also help your plants grow better.

Like a third of the price you would pay at a retail store for the SAME product. Works great on my Hot Magnum Filter.

I got the marineland mangnum 350 for our redeared slider. I was tired of how I constantly had to clean his tank, so I researched and got that filter. I didn't want to go with another brand of media for the filter since the kind that came with the filter worked so great. I found this pack online because our local pet stores didn't carry it. These are very decently priced for a pack of 3, and they last a long time if you maintain them.
