I purchased this item there is no instructions on how to turn it on? Does anyone know how to do this there is no where to put a battery. Im confused and the product seemed neat but now having second thoughts? no paperwork in it instructions on how to use it. put it in the water and nothing happened. If I can get it on and see how to take care of it will leave feedback on it.... confused!
