Como Aquarium Fish Tank Multi Direction CO2 Diffuser Atomizer Regulator

Como Aquarium Fish Tank Multi Direction CO2 Diffuser Atomizer RegulatorI was excited to get this product as a cheap solution to dissolving my pressurized CO2 in my planted tank. First problem I encountered was the connections were to small for my large filter and to large for my small filter. There were no directions for setup but the setup was pretty self explanatory. I went to the fish store and bought some connections to hook it up to my large filter, cut all my hoses and installed the diffuser. I turned it on and the canister did not fill with water like i thought. I figured out if you take the co2 hose off the top, it will fill with water but never completely to the top, so you get this water trickling sound, all the time. When Co2 is added it gets louder, since it's filling with more gas. The top 4 balls did spin but not because of a reaction, more because the water flow direction caused them to spin. the bottom ball did not spin. it did how ever dissolve 100% of the gas before it was returned to the fish tank. Unfortunately it leaks at every seem. there are 2 chambers a lid and a bottom. All 3 seems leaked. I put Teflon tape around them and the pressure in the chamber caused the water to leak out at the intake/outake connections. in order for this to work, i will have to silicon the entire thing closed, but that means i wont be able to clean it. If i return it, the cost of return shipping and shipping for a new product would almost equal the price I paid for the item. So i guess this is a one time use product or it is specifically designed for a certain filter, but since there are no instructions and nothing mentioned in the description, im just going to silicon it and use it until i need a new one, then buy a better quality diffuser.
