EcoPlus Submersible Pump - 1056 gph

I bought this pump to pump raw maple tree sap from my storage barrels into the boiler pans. It pumps up 8 feet, over 10 feet then goes down 4 feet to the pan. It pumps an easy 10 gallons through a half inch hose in this manner in maybe 5 minutes, which is plenty fast. I only use it in the spring during maple run that lasts maybe a month. But when I am boiling it will run maybe 20 times a day. So far ,so good.

This pump is priced right, works well and we are very pleased with it. We use two of these pumps on our Koi pond and are pleased with the results.

Chart on the box says this pump will lift 9 feet. I tried 3 pumps all would lift only 6 feet.
