I bought this when my UV lamps stopped working. It has 4 holes on the back, but the original had only 2 holes. With no instructions, and only 2 wires to insert I tried it, but it didn't work. In the end, I bought a new ballast and cable set, which fixed the problem properly. I wouldn't buy this part unless you really know how to use it.
