Before this all happened I had put 2 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) of aquarium salt in for my molly. I highly doubt it made the water cloudy because it had dissolved several hours (and the water was clear) before using the tablets. The only other thing I did is use an algae wafer for my bottom feeders and feed my fish tropical flakes. I do know it's almost time to change the filter, but I doubt the filter is why I had overnight cloudy water. I truly feel that is was these tablets. Needless to say, but I'm not going to use them any time soon and I'm going to do a partial change is see if it improves, if not I'm going to have to clean it, or try some of the those drops that are supposed to clear it up. And I will change the filter as well.

My fish love this treat. Works as advertised, just stick it to the inside of the tank and watch the fish go crazy. Just make sure you stick the correct side -one side of the tablet is indented, that is where you put your finger when pressing it to the side of the tank.It did disintegrate pretty rapidly (2-3 mins). My tank has a lot of circulation, however, which may have contributed. Eventually the tablet fell off and settled to the bottom. This product is good as an occasional treat but I would not use it too often due to the amount of food it spread throughout the tank.
One other note: I was OK with the price ($5 as of this posting) but later I found it at Walmart for $1.
